Users must ensure that any data processed through the platform is used in a lawful, ethical, and appropriate manner. Users may not use the Service to collect or process private, confidential, or restricted information, nor may they attempt to bypass access controls, privacy settings, or technical safeguards to obtain data that is not publicly available. Any use of lead data must respect the rights and expectations of recipients.

Users are expected to conduct outreach in a professional and respectful manner. Messages sent using TASKIMATION should be relevant, honest, and aligned with legitimate business communication. When users connect a messaging account to TASKIMATION, they authorize the platform to send and receive messages on their behalf. This authorization must be used responsibly and only for lawful business communication. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their messaging accounts are used in compliance with applicable rules, policies, and standards. TASKIMATION is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken by messaging providers as a result of user activity.

Users must not misuse TASKIMATION in ways that negatively affect platform performance or other users. Excessive, abusive, or manipulative use of automation that strains infrastructure or violates fair use expectations is not permitted. TASKIMATION reserves the right to implement safeguards, limits, or controls to protect system stability and ensure fair access for all users.
